Tumblr Assignment 12! My friends car doors really frustrate me. The back door needs to be shut before the front door can close. This has almost lead to a few head injuries when the front door is slammed first without thinking. This could be fixed by making the car doors like all others and have them shut in any order.

Tumblr Assignment 9!
This social media site is very cluttered and confusing. Reddit could be more effectively designed by having a more solid, obvious grid layout. Also, the various colored fonts, different sizes that are seemingly random all over the page are a few ways that the design could be better. Smart category choices would also be helpful.

For this assignment, I worked through the Creating and Editing Motion Presets tutorial. I wanted to get better at this because I feel like it will definitely help me with our final assignment as well as Capstone next semester.
First of all, I learned that there are preset motion paths already available and that you can edit them or create your own. I learned that when you are trying to animate something, you are actually animating it to a motion path. I realized that the little dots represent the speed that the animation will move and that you can mess around with these to make it ease in and out to make it look more natural. Once you finalize, your animation and motion path, you can share with others by managing presets, click select, save as and send to someone else.

Tumblr Assignment 10! This Swiss Chalet typographic design on Pearl Street looks really clean and simple. This goes along with some of the defined characteristics of the International Typographic Style; cleanliness, readability and objectivity.
